The Mission of the Kelso Downtown Revitalization Association is to preserve, create and promote a downtown neighborhood that is a vibrant hub for business entertainment, government, arts and educationsl activity, attracting both local residents and area visitors.

General meetings include the Roundtable Forum for generating ideas, as well as establishing volunteer programs and action plans for undertaking the ideas generated.
